Shipping
UV Sungear normally ships products within 1-2 business days. At this time we ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping service is not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, USVI and Puerto Rico. Shiipping costs are based on the value of your order:
$0.00 to $49.99 add $7.95 shipping
$50.00 to $99.99 add $9.95 shipping
$100.00 and up FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is not available on major US holidays or government holidays when the Postal Service is closed.
We make every effort to ensure that our site reflects
accurate product availability information. If an item is out of stock,
you will be notified via email, so that you may decide if you would like to order an alternate item, wait for your original purchase or cancel your order.
** Lost or Stolen Packages - UV Sungear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Express Delivery
We do not offer express shipping at this time.
International
Deliveries
Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States.
APO/FPO Addresses
Currently, UV Sungear does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Sales Tax
In accordance with the regulations of the State of Pennsylvania, UV
Sungear is required to collect applicable sales tax (7%) which is automatically
calculated based on the total value of purchases for shipments to Pennsylvania
addresses. Shipments to destinations other than Pennsylvania will NOT
incur sales tax.

Returns and
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer sun protection products of the highest quality and we want you to be delighted with your purchase! We are happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of your order date. Items can be returned for a full refund less the original shipping charges.
Returning UV Sungear items is simple! Please email customercare@uvsungear.com with the following information: the item/s you wish to return and please list the brand of each item. Please indicate "Return" in the subject line. We will email you the address to which you may send your return as many of our items are returned directly to our manufacturers. Please do not leave a message on the 800 number regarding a return.
**PLEASE WRITE CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON PACKING SLIP AND INCLUDE SLIP WITH YOUR RETURN (NOT EXPIRATION DATE) AS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ONLY DO EXPIRE IN OUR SYSTEM.
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, and we will process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited upon receiving your return. It's that simple!
